Drill bit with built-in depth gauge
CLG Implant

After preparing the site to the proper depth with the first-cut drill bit, the implant itself is
Point a smooth neck providing a favorable peri-implant periodontal environment (1),
Point a threaded shaft bearing micro-beads which increase the surface area available for osteointegration (2).

The hexagonal neck makes it easy to install superstructures (Branemark false stumps, transgingival rings, attachment systems).

The apical part of the implant is hollow with secondary fitting holes. This allows recovery of the bone dislodged during the implantation. Instead of unfavorable removal of a bone core, the implant produces its own autologous bone graft.

A simplified operative procedure

Point easy to use
Point less tiresome working conditions
Point shorter operative time
Point less tissue damage
Point improved patient comfort

Optimal fit the first time

Simultaneous boring and threading produces an intimate contact between the bone and the implant. Optimal fit is guaranteed by the process of insertion itself.

Solid anchorage

Experience has shown that achieving optimal fit at insertion results in solid implant anchorage in the bone, a major advantage over former implantation techniques. A perfectly matched bone-implant interface favors more rapid bone healing and better osteointegration.
